Axilone & Verescence Unveil A Premium Glass-And-Metal Packaging For Liquid Makeup Formulas

Axilone, a leader in plastic injection and aluminum transformation for luxury cosmetics, and Verescence, the global leader in luxury glass packaging, announce the co-development of a standard packaging solution combining glass and aluminum, designed for liquid makeup formulas.

A versatile multi-segment format

With a capacity of 7.5 ml, the solution adapts to a variety of liquid formulas highly popular in the Beauty market, including liquid lipsticks, lip oils, glosses, as well as liquid eyeshadows or blushes. It represents a turnkey packaging solution ready to meet diverse market needs.

Sustainable materials: glass & aluminum alliance

The solution stands out with its premium material assembly. It combines the KALI bottle, manufactured by Verescence using lightweight glass (Glass Score A) and incorporating 20% PCR (post-consumer recycled glass), with a ‘PURE METAL’ cap and stem made entirely of aluminum by Axilone. This glass and aluminum combination ensures complete recyclability and offers a high-end perception that meets the requirements of luxury brands.

Fully customizable product: from bottle to stem

Each component – from the glass bottle to the stem or applicator, to the aluminum cap – can be customized according to the desired brand universe. The cylindrical bottle allows for various bespoke decoration options such as lacquering, hot stamping, silk-screening, or gluing of labels, while the cap can be precisely shaped to create distinctive reliefs and patterns. The stem can also be engraved for even more customization – a first in the market!
