El Grupo cuenta con 2.300 empleados, de los cuales uno de cada dos trabaja fuera de Francia. La posición para ocupar se ubica en la planta de La Granja de San Ildefonso, Segovia, España. En esta planta se fabrican envases de perfumería y aisladores.

La persona que buscamos para ocupar esta posición, bajo la supervisión del Responsable Calidad Clientes de la Planta, tendrá como misión principal colaborar en la gestión y tratamiento de nuevos productos y de producto no conforme, así como efectuar seguimiento de las acciones correctoras, con el objetivo de garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes.

 

FUNCIONES

  • Gestión y tratamiento no conformidades
  • Participación en el desarrollo de especificaciones de nuevos productos.
  • Colaboración en la definición, el análisis y el tratamiento de reclamaciones, así como en el seguimiento de la implantación de los planes de acción. Tanto de clientes como internas.
  • Seguimiento acciones correctoras y preventivas para mejora calidad de producto fabricado
  • Auditorías de proceso

 

EL PERFIL

Los siguientes elementos son considerados imprescindibles para la función:

  • Titulación en cualquier rama técnica con objeto de gestión y control administrativa de la producción.
  • Experiencia preferiblemente en sectores industriales
  • Sistemas de Gestión y auditoría (ISO)
  • Metodologías de análisis de causa raíz y resolución de problemas (Brainstorming, 8D’s, Ishikawas, PDCA, 5 Whys?, etc).
  • Control estadístico de procesos (Cpk, SPC’s, análisis R&R).
  • Planificación avanzada de la Calidad (PPAP, AMFE, Plan de Control)
  • Metrología y calibración
  • Francés nivel B2/Valorable inglés nivel B2.
  • Deseable incorporación inmediata
