Verescence develops a double-opening glass bottle for La Favorite by Jean Paul Gaultier
Verescence is pushing the boundaries of glassmaking innovation with the development of a double-opening glass bottle for La Favorite by Jean Paul Gaultier, a first in the world of luxury fragrance packaging.
Manufactured at Verescence’s glass plant in Mers-les-Bains, France, the bottle required the development of an innovative glassmaking process to meet an unprecedented technical challenge: creating an opening in the base of the bottle while retaining a standard fragrance neck finish. This achievement showcases Verescence’s technical expertise and its ability to transform the most ambitious concepts into industrial reality.
The bottle also incorporates 20% post-consumer recycled (PCR) glass, helping to reduce its environmental footprint.
The fragrance name is highlighted with a red screen-printed decoration carried out by Verescence Orne.
This achievement is the result of close collaboration between the Verescence and Jean Paul Gaultier teams.
