Verescence La Granja Receives the 2025 Solidarity Company Label
A recognition of its commitment to supporting social projects in Spain
Verescence La Granja, the Spanish subsidiary of the global leader in glass packaging for Perfumery and Cosmetics and also a specialist manufacturer of glass insulators for high-voltage overhead power lines (La Granja Insulators), has received the 2025 Solidarity Company Label.
This recognition highlights the company’s decision to allocate 0.7% of its corporate tax contribution to fund social projects that defend citizens’ rights and fight poverty, social exclusion, and inequality.
The label is granted by the Third Sector Platform, a Public Utility Association that brings together nine major social organizations in Spain, including the Platform for Social Action (POAS), the Spanish Volunteer Platform (PVE), the European Anti-Poverty Network in Spain (EAPN-ES), the Spanish Committee of Representatives of People with Disabilities (CERMI), the Spanish Red Cross, Caritas Spain, the Spanish National Organization of the Blind (ONCE), the Spanish Development NGO Coordinator (La Coordinadora) and the Children’s Platform.
Verescence La Granja responded to the call to action launched by the Third Sector Platform through its “Casilla Empresa Solidaria” campaign, which encourages companies to support social projects by selecting the “Solidarity Company” option in their corporate tax return.
At Verescence, we believe that social responsibility is not an option, but part of our duty as a company. Selecting the Solidarity Company option in our corporate tax return is a simple and effective way to contribute to a more equitable and inclusive society.
