El Grupo cuenta con 2.300 empleados, de los cuales uno de cada dos trabaja fuera de Francia. La posición para ocupar se ubica en la planta de La Granja de San Ildefonso, Segovia, España. En esta planta se fabrican envases de perfumería y aisladores.

La persona seleccionada se incorporará al equipo de Supply Chain, asumiendo funciones clave en logística, planificación y atención al cliente (ACS), con el objetivo de asegurar una gestión óptima de pedidos, stocks y operaciones internacionales durante una sustitución por maternidad.

 

FUNCIONES

  • Gestionar administrativa y logísticamente los pedidos: introducción en el sistema, seguimiento y coordinación de expediciones.
  • Controlar los stocks internos y externos, asegurando la disponibilidad de materiales y productos terminados.
  • Apoyar en la planificación y programación de la producción, priorizando pedidos y optimizando recursos.
  • Atender a clientes (ACS): resolución de incidencias, gestión de devoluciones y reclamaciones, comunicación directa y mantenimiento del master data.
  • Gestionar operaciones internacionales: – Aduanas: coordinación de documentación y trámites aduaneros.  – Importación y Exportación: supervisión de procesos logísticos internacionales, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar un flujo eficiente de materiales y productos.

 

EL PERFIL

Los siguientes elementos son considerados imprescindibles para la función:

  • Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Administración, Logística o similar.
  • Experiencia: Al menos 2 años en funciones administrativas en logística, planificación o entornos industriales.
  • Idiomas: Nivel B2 de inglés y/o francés (imprescindible).
  • Conocimientos técnicos:
  • Excel avanzado.
  • SAP (módulos MM y PP valorable).
  • Procesos de importación/exportación y normativa aduanera.
  • Deseable incorporación inmediata

El puesto se desarrolla en La Granja de San Ildefonso, Segovia.
