A la vanguardia de la innovación, Verescence La Granja, como parte del Grupo Verescence, ofrecemos a nuestros clientes cobertura internacional a través de nuestras siete plantas industriales localizadas en Europa, Norte América y Asia y oficinas comerciales en dos continentes. El Grupo cuenta con 2.500 empleados, de los cuales uno de cada dos trabaja fuera de Francia. La posición a ocupar se ubica en la planta de La Granja de San Ildefonso, Segovia, España. En esta planta se fabrican envases de perfumería y aisladores.

Misiones

Formarás parte de un entorno industrial internacional, colaborando en la gestión de la cadena de suministro, la planificación de la producción, la coordinación de pedidos y la atención al cliente, contribuyendo al equilibrio entre las necesidades comerciales y la capacidad productiva de la planta.

Sus principales funciones serán las siguientes:

  • Gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de pedidos de clientes.
  • Coordinar fechas de entrega y prioridades de fabricación.
  • Realizar seguimiento de stocks y niveles de servicio.
  • Participar en la planificación de capacidad productiva y elaboración del PDP.
  • Colaborar en procesos de planificación y S&OP.
  • Analizar cargas de trabajo y proponer acciones ante excesos o insuficiencias de capacidad.
  • Mantener una comunicación continua con clientes internos y externos.
  • Gestionar incidencias y coordinar acciones con Producción, Laboratorio, Logística y Customer Service.
  • Elaborar informes y análisis mediante SAP y Excel.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos dentro del área de Supply Chain.

Perfil

  • Grado en ADE, Ingeniería, Logística, Organización Industrial, Supply Chain o similar.
  • Experiencia en planificación, programación, logística, customer service o gestión de la cadena de suministro.
  • Muy valorable experiencia en entorno industrial.
  • Excel avanzado.
  • SAP o ERP equivalente.
  • Inglés y/o francés nivel B2.
  • Valorable conocimiento de planificación de producción, MRP, IBP y procesos S&OP.
