  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or closely related field. 

 

  1.  4 years’ experience:
  • Working on international projects within a global organization, including with project managers, production, quality, and supply chain team members, to ensure smooth project development and delivery;
  • Translating customer needs into solutions;
  • Conducting meetings;
  • Working with business systems, including forecast systems and quotation/pricing systems;
  • Conducting analyses, including competition price benchmarking and historical sales and relationships, utilizing key metrics of selling, including stock inventory analysis, forecast, marketing, and determining the impacts on company’s profit and loss;
  • Synthesizing information from multiple sources, including market information and forecast and sales tools, such as SAP, PowerBi, OMP, or similar; and
  • Identifying and evaluating new selling tools and/or systems and trends
  •  
  • 2 years’ experience:
  • Working as a sales representative in the Beauty or Pharmaceutical primary packaging industry;
  • Developing and executing sales strategies in the Beauty or Pharmaceutical primary packaging industry;
  • Carrying out marketing activities in the Beauty or Pharmaceutical primary packaging industry;
  • Carrying out sales or marketing activities in the Asian Beauty or Pharmaceutical primary packaging market;
  • Addressing customer complaints, including relating to product quality issues in the Beauty or Pharmaceutical primary packaging industry;
  • Regularly working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBi;
  • Carrying out social media marketing analysis and intelligence gathering in the Beauty or Pharmaceutical primary packaging industry, including through LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  1. Proficient in French – speaking, reading, and writing.
  1. Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, primarily domestically, but occasionally internationally.
  1. Willingness to work from our office in New York City and not remotely.

Working from our office in New York City (not a remote position), under the direction of the U.S. VP of Sales and following global policies developed by headquarters office in France, sell company’s stock and customized manufactured glass bottles to customers in the beauty and cosmetic industries, including customers with offices in both the U.S. and France.  Manage assigned customer accounts, including providing information on products and manufacturing capabilities, as well as by providing information on and negotiating pricing, contract terms, warranties, and delivery options. Target new customers, including by following and analyzing customer and beauty packaging industry data. Work with our newly acquired facility in South Korea on the transfer of business and sales from South Korea to the U.S. and on implementing strategies for growth.  Collaborate and liaise with the Verescence Development, Production, Decoration, Quality, and Logistics teams in the U.S. and France in connection with efforts to secure new business and when fulfilling customer orders.  Implement new strategies to drive business growth in different areas and regions, including Indie brands, the Wellness market, the Hospitality market, etc., according to our industrial footprint in the U.S., Europe, and South Korea.  Coordinate resolution of customer quality issues, including assisting in determining root causes of issues and ensuring that corrective actions are taken. Serve as U.S. marketing coordinator, liaising with Verescence in France on global marketing strategies and plans, including modifying and implementing same for the U.S.  Prepare and consolidate reports, including sales results, vendor share, financial analysis, win/loss business summary, and aging inventory.  Serve as late payments collection arm of Finance Department.
